Nu-Clear chipbreaker drills are designed to eliminate the hazards and production restrictions caused by stringy chips. They are made with a modified flute configuration and geometry which does not require web thinning, when re-sharpening, for the entire functional flute life of the drill. Feeds can be increased up to 100% over regular drills.
