Morse Shearmills have a high spiral design for outstanding cutting performance. Keen cutting edges are constantly engaged in the workpiece allowing the tool to cut cleanly and freely. Unlike conventional end mills, Shearmills are engineered to eliminate radial side load on the cutting flutes to withstand greater forces on spindle bearings and increase milling efficiency. The results are superior cutting action with less cutting resistance, better chip control and finishes.
