USE
Particularly designed for machine tapping in open or through holes. Shearing action of the point in cut produces curled, free-flowing chips ejected ahead of the tap. They are suitable for use in a wide variety of materials and may be run at higher speeds than straight fluted taps.

Morse steam Oxide treatment produces a thin iron oxide coating to the surface, reducing friction between the tool and the chips, acting as a built in lubrication media.
