Spiral fluted modified bottoming style taps are manufactured with a distinctive engineered relief combined with a unique flute construction, providing freer cutting. Rapid removal of chips and extended tool life make these taps ideally suited for blind hole tapping.
SPECS
Specially treated to offer reduced friction between the tool and the chips acting as a built-in lubricant, reducing galling or loading, improving tap life and enhancing thread finish quality. 45º helix angle.
